Ralph M. Tsong 

Principal Attorney

Ralph began his career with Littler Mendelson, a national employment law firm in Chicago, and was an associate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Ralph honed his trial skills working for public law centers such as the Asian Law Alliance in San Jose and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Ralph spent a decade as an attorney representing California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Department of Industrial Relations, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. ​

Ralph is on the board of directors of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association and is a Fellow of the Academy of American Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Attorneys (AAAA) and Academy of California Adoption and ART Lawyers (ACAL).  Ralph was selected as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters in 2023.

He is a member of numerous organizations, including:

  • The Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA)

  • The Society for Ethical Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS)

  • The Long Beach-Yokkaichi Sister Cities Board

  • The National Asian Pacific Islander Bar Association.

Ralph has presented on ART topics before the ABA Family Law Section, the Long Beach Bar Association, the Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and SEEDS.

He is on Donor Concierge's list of recommended ART lawyers.


Ralph is licensed to practice in: California, Illinois, Washington, and Arizona,
and admitted to appear before: The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Northern, Central and Eastern District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts of California, and the Northern District of Illinois.

Sabrina Li specializes in United States Immigration Law 

Sabrina is an advocate for immigrant rights and has assisted hundreds of immigrants in their pursuit of the American dream.​ Indeed, she provides legal assistance in various U.S. immigration matters to clients worldwide. 


In 2016, Sabrina was recognized by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. with an award for 10 Best Immigration Attorneys. Sabrina was selected as a Rising Star of Super Lawyers in 2022 and 2023.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyer Association, Southern California Chapter, and the American Institute of Legal Counsel. 


Sabrina has been admitted to practice in California and New York.

Brenda was born and raised in Guangzhou, China.  She later came to the U.S., obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California in 2020.

Brenda has worked as a criminal law legal assistant for a year, before she returned to the field of family law.  In law school, she was a student volunteer at an externship program for a Non-Profit Organization which mainly focused on immigration law.  Brenda is planning on becoming a lawyer in the future, right now she is focusing on helping individuals and families achieve their goals.

Stephanie is a recent graduate from the University of California, Irvine where she received her B.A. in Psychological Science and Criminology, Law & Society. 

In the near future, Stephanie hopes to attend law school to earn her J.D. Her goal is to help marginalized communities develop and nourish their legal consciousness. As a first-generation college graduate and as a daughter of immigrant parents, Stephanie recognizes the value of empowering communities with the knowledge to help dissipate legal barriers that prevent individuals from exercising their legal rights.

Rainie was born and raised in Sichuan, China. She received her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and obtained an LL.M degree from the University of Southern California. She also received her bachelor’s degrees in Law and Management. 

In law school, Rainie served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Nancy Bannon of the Supreme Court of the State of New York and interned at Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Rainie has also worked at various law firms where she gained experiences in civil litigation, real estate transactions, trust & estate, M&A and taxation in both China and the United States.

Raine was selected as a Rising Star of Super Lawyers in 2023. 

Rainie is admitted to practice in California, New York and Oklahoma. She has also passed the Chinese Bar Examination
.

Rainie's practice focuses on family law and assisted reproductive technology law.
