Ralph M. Tsong is an attorney with 25 years of experience.
Ralph began his career with Littler Mendelson, a national employment law firm in Chicago, and was an associate attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Ralph honed his trial skills working for public law centers such as the Asian Law Alliance in San Jose and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Ralph spent a decade as an attorney representing California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Department of Industrial Relations, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Ralph is a Fellow of the Academy of American Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Attorneys (AAAA) and Academy of California Adoption and ART Lawyers (ACAL). Ralph was selected as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters in 2023.
