Mark J. Hirabayashi is a highly respected attorney in the adoption community. Mark has over 35 years of experience as a lawyer. He has built a successful practice of adoption law, completing thousands of successful adoptions.
His service has been recognized by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors who have proclaimed him a "Foster Care Hero." Mark has also received the Plaque of Appreciation from the McKinley Children’s Center Foster Family & Adoption Agency and the Stars in Adoption Award presented by Olive Crest.
