What is reproductive law?

ART is short for "Assisted Reproductive Technology." Through the use of modern medicinal procedures, ART law involves the legal side of third-party reproduction. It is through assisted reproductive technology that many people are able to achieve their dreams of becoming parents (Intended Parents). On the other spectrum, there are individuals who wish to help Intended Parents realize their dreams (Donors: Embryo, Egg, or Sperm). Whether you are an Egg Donor, Sperm Donor or Gestational Surrogate, we are here to serve you and to look after your best interest.
